About

I was raised among the vines of a small Burgundy domaine where my grandfather measured time not in years but in vintages. Some seasons gave everything; others taught patience through frost and rot. Winemaking is the slowest possible argument with nature, and it shaped how I think about people: that character, like wine, is the record of every hard season it survived and refused to waste.
